Our Construction Story begin with a dream
Our rich construction journey began in April 2010 with the acquisition of a Class C Contractor License from the Kerala State Public Works Department, India. Building on this foundation, we upgraded our license to Class B in 2013, reflecting our growing capabilities and expanding scope of work. Over the following years, a team of talented engineers was assembled, successfully completing numerous government projects—including roads, bridges, check dams, and buildings—demonstrating exceptional skill, dedication, and a steadfast commitment to quality.

Recognizing the potential for growth, the company upgraded its civil contracting registration to a Class A License from the National Highway Authority of India, NH Circle Kozhikode. This milestone marked the formation of Ninz Construction Pvt Ltd on September 21, 2016. Under this banner, the team successfully executed a wide range of projects for government organizations, including schools, hospitals, roads, bridges, river protection works, solar initiatives, and works for the forest and agricultural departments—demonstrating versatility, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.

In October 2020, the company extended its operations internationally with the establishment of Al Mauon General Contracting LLC in Muscat, Oman, reflecting a vision to become a leading player in the global construction industry. This growth continued with the launch In Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on June 5, 2021, further strengthening the company’s presence in the Middle East and reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable construction solutions across the region.
