Our Construction Story begin with a dream
Our rich Construction history that begin with Our founder, Nijin Athikkayi who embarked on his career as a civil contractor, our story began in April 2013 with the acquisition of a Class C Contractor License from the Kerala State Public Works Department, India. Over the next two years, Nijin successfully completed numerous government projects, including roads, bridges, check dams, and buildings, demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication.

Recognizing the potential for growth, Mr. Nijin upgraded his civil contracting registration to a Class A License from the National Highway Authority of India. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of a new era, leading to the incorporation of Ninz Construction Pvt ltd on September 21, 2016. Under this banner, we successfully completed diverse projects for various government organizations, including schools, hospitals, roads, bridges, river protection works, solar projects, and works for the forest and agricultural departments.

In October 2021, we expanded our horizons by establishing Al Mauon General Contracting LLC in the United Arab Emirates, reflecting our ambition to become a key player in the international construction industry. Our journey continued with the launch of Al Mauon General Contracting LLC in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, on June 5, 2022, further solidifying our presence in the Middle East.
